As a Virtual Tutor, you’ll deliver engaging, tailored sessions in English, maths, and life skills, supporting academic progress while also helping to build confidence, motivation, and emotional wellbeing.
We’re looking for adaptable, creative tutors who are committed to making learning accessible, supportive, and meaningful.
This role is ideal for:
Experienced tutors
Individuals with experience supporting young people in an educational or mentoring capacity
Educators looking for flexible, self-employed work
Professionals seeking a meaningful role supporting learners outside of mainstream education
You’ll bring:
Experience working with young people in a tutoring, mentoring, or educational support capacity
Strong behaviour management and the ability to adapt learning to individual needs
A passion for inclusive, learner-centred education
A can-do, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Working Pattern
Self-employed role with a willingness to work a minimum of two days per week.
Pay: £25–£35 per hour.
