Residential Support Worker
Location: Warrington, WA2
Salary: £24,336 - £25,755 (£12 - £12.70 per hour)
Plus - £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month, an additional £3,000-£6,000pa)
Hours: Full time based on 39 hours per week, long day shifts plus sleep ins including weekends
Full UK Driving licence is required.

As a therapeutic support worker you will:

What do you need?
- Ideally some previous experience of working with young people.
- The ability to relate well to teenagers and share interests such as beauty therapy, fashion and wants to get involved.
- Full UK Driving licence is essential.
- We want people who are naturally caring, flexible and resilient with a keen interest in young people and understanding of their lives today.
- Great communication skills, positive and energetic.
- Experience and previous qualifications are not necessary but are welcome.
- You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working long day shifts and sleep-ins.
