Salary: from £29,608 per annum plus additional sleep in rate of £62.64 each

FULL UK DRIVERS LICENCE REQUIRED

We have an exciting opportunity for an qualified and experienced Senior or Deputy Manager to join our small 2 bed Children's home and become part of our wider management team. We provide support to 2 children aged under 11 years who need kindness and understanding to help them to grow and develop and have positive outcomes.

You will work closely with a Registered Manager, developing your own skills and knowledge, being part of our future leaders and gaining level 5 qualifications, building your confidence to enable you to step up and cover when needed.

What do you need?

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within Children's residential care.
  • NVQ Level 3 in children's residential workforce minimum or above
  • Related knowledge of OFSted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
  • Highly driven, proactive and enthusiastic.
  • A strong people manager with a hands on approach.
  • Experience of budgets and rota’s.
  • Full driving licence is essential.
  • You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins
