ROLE: Family Support Worker - Waking Nights
LOCATION: Great Malvern, WR14
HOURS: 8PM - 8AM (24 hours per week on a rolling shift pattern + potential overtime)
PAY RATE: £13.45 - £14.05* + £1.10 waking night uplift
REQUIREMENTS: Full UK Driving License preferred.

At Keys Group, you will support parents and their children in our Residential Family Assessment Centre. We worth with and alongside families who need a kind, caring and supportive place to stay whilst they undergo a residential parenting assessment.

Your responsibilities will include:
- You will be part of a nurturing team that provides support and advice to parents in carrying out all aspects of basic care to their babies and young children.
- You will stay awake during the night to provide a helping hand, support during a crisis or be there as a friendly face.
- Ensure the security of the building and carry out night time checks.
