The salary advertised is the salary paid to you in 12 equal payments, for working 39 weeks of the year.

We have a proud tradition of working with our pupils to find fresh, new and engaging methods to support them in achieving academic excellence whilst preparing them well for their next steps in education.
As the Teaching Assistant you will be required to provide support to students in and out of the classroom, assist Teachers with a range of educational needs, liaise with parents and external agencies where suitable, support with appropriate interventions such as literacy and numeracy, and to work collaboratively as a team to improve outcomes for our students.
You will be playing your part in helping the school achieve its aims and values. You will be delivering an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students with support from the leadership team.
What do you need?
· Have experience of working with young people with SEN
· Are passionate about education
· Have strong English and Maths skills
· Would like the opportunity to support students outside of a mainstream environment
