Location: Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 9HD
Salary: £45,000 DOE (pro rata part time hours)

More about the role
As a Qualified Social Worker at our Family Assessment Centre, you will be accountable for delivering high quality care to the residing families by building on the well-established principles and practice standards within the house. You will also give evidence in court proceedings, document the progress of the families and ensure that all of Keys Group policies and procedures are implemented appropriately.
You will work directly with children and their families, foster carers and other carers to ensure the best interest of the child is met, enabling you to implement individual and personalised care plans. Other aspects of the role include but are not limited to ensuring all quality assurance systems are followed, meaning the families receive the best possible care and support.
What do you need?
We want people who are naturally caring, flexible and resilient.
You will need a Bachelors degree or Masters in Social Work.
You need to be able to work flexibly to provide support for families and children. As a qualified social worker, you are expected to arrange your own work rota but this may involve some evenings and weekends. This role also involves on call duties.
