Location: Warminster
Salary: From £31,231 per annum plus occasional sleep in
Full time working long days
FULL UK DRIVERS LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL
Are you a qualified children's support worker looking to step up or an existing qualified senior support worker looking for progression?

As a Senior support worker, you will be at the heart of everything we do and your passion and knowledge will inspire the team. You will be able to develop your skills , lead the shifts and study towards level 5 qualifications to grow and develop into future leaders and take on additional responsibilities.
Many of our current Managers started as support workers!

What do you need?
- A minimum of 12 months experience within a residential childrens home
- Great communication skills, naturally caring, flexible and resilient.
- Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People.
- You need to be able to work flexibly covering long day shifts, weekends and sleeps.
- Full UK Drivers licence required.
