Salary: £25,958 - £27,175 (£12.80 - £13.40 per hour)plus approx. £3,000 to £6,000 sleep- in allowance pa.

We have excellent full-time opportunities for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team in our children’s home in Bedlington. We are looking for a motivated and energetic candidate who have a passion and drive to support children and young people aged between 8 and 18, who are in need or support and guidance.

Many of our homes are EBD based and are looking for a Senior Support Worker to help reach the potential of our children and young people that we support.

We are looking for committed individuals with experience of effectively supporting children and young people in a number of settings, but mainly their residences and excursions. A proven ability to care for and relate to children and young people is essential, as well as being able to work as part of a team.

· Are you motivated, determined and resilient?

· Are you able to adapt to challenging situations and can work in a team?

· Can you work sleep ins?

· Do you hold a Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent?
