Salary: Up to £45,000

Bonus: £5k Welcome Bonus

Bonus: 21% Annual Bonus 

Location: Sheffield, Doncaster, Darlington (Multi-site role)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Supported Accommodation division at Keys Group as Registered Manager. This role would involve multi-site management, as you'll hold registration for two or more services in the Sheffield and Doncaster area. This is a key role in the business, you will be leading a team of registered managers to deliver high quality care and strong performance while making a difference to the lives of some of the most vulnerable people and positively embracing “our values”.

The role will aim to Empower and support Young People to access services and external agencies when and where needed by aiding Young People in Social Inclusion and successfully securing a home/tenancy in their own name and to provide a quality service to young people working within government guidelines and The Keys Group policies and procedures. Ensure the region is staffed adequately and in line with the company productivity to manage day to day operations ensuring the smooth running of the region.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience and evidence of competence in a Registered Manager role and experience of supported accommodation
  • Total understanding and commitment to our values, standards, policies, procedures, processes, and practices
  • Evidence of delivering high quality services
  • Strong business acumen, commercial awareness and financial management
  • Total understanding of compliance requirements and internal controls
  • Passionate, driven and be able to provide evidence of successfully leading and developing teams
  • Build and manage internal and external stakeholder / customer relationships
  • Able to deliver above budget performance, whilst maintaining high quality standards of care and outcomes for the young people we support
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities
  • A vital part of your role will be leading a staff team who'll be providing the young people with emotional and social support, helping them to develop meaningful relationships with other children and adults, as well as encouraging them to become involved with local communities.
