Location: Yarnton, Oxford
Salary: Up to £55,000 (+£5,000 Welcome Bonus)
Bonus: 21% Annual Bonus

You'll be overseeing the operations of our home in Oxfordshire. This home will support up to 4 Children & Young People. This home would be ideal for someone with a background working in an EBD setting.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading a therapeutic children's home.
- Building and developing a high-performing care team.
- Delivering outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
- Driving excellence in safeguarding, quality and compliance.
- Creating a positive, child-centred and inclusive culture.
- Managing operational performance, budgets and service development.
- Coaching and developing future leaders within the team.
What you'll bring to the role:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a supervisory role within Children's Residential
- Achieved or working towards a Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young Peoples management qualification).
- Experience working with trauma within Children and Young People
- Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures such as The Children Act 1989, Children's home regulations.
- Experience of budgets and financial management.
- Full driving licence is essential.
