Quality Manager
The Ideal Candidate
- · Third Level Qualification in relevant healthcare discipline such as DIPSW, RGN/RMN, OCF Level 5 or equivalent.
- · Minimum of 3 years’ experience at a management level within a multi-sited organisation operating within a regulated environment.
- · To have previous proven experience of operational governance and monitoring standards to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- · To have previous proven experience of achieving results through people.
- · To have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at strategic level.
- · To have a high level of literacy and experience of report writing and action plans.
- · To be self-motivated and driven to expect the highest standards
- Salary - up to £50,000
- Annual Leave - 32 days inclusive of bank holidays
