Salary: £10.90 - £14.00 | Part Time (16 hours/week)

We're looking for passionate Outdoor Education Instructors to join our team, delivering meaningful outdoor experiences for young people across schools and children’s homes. Through long-term engagement, you'll help build confidence, resilience, and essential life skills – making a real impact every day.

Role Details
- 16 hours per week
- Based at our Keys sites across the South East of England
- Some weekend work may be required
Key Responsibilities
- As an Outdoor Instructor, you will deliver activities that are safe, engaging, and professionally delivered, ensuring participants achieve high-quality learning outcomes
- Have excellent communication and people skills
- Be confident leading and managing groups, even in challenging situations
- Be motivated, positive, and enthusiastic about outdoor learning
- Ideally have previous experience in a similar role (although attitude and enthusiasm are just as important)
- An ability to provide weekly written session plans and document progress using set formats

Requirements
- RCI or CWI or other relevant ropes-based qualification
- Archery GB Instructor Award
- Mountain Bike Leader/Instructor or equivalent
- Paddlesports Instructor/Coach or equivalent
- RYA Instructor or equivalent
- DofE Assessor
- Bushcraft Practitioner
- ML or HML Award or equivalent
- RPIOL or equivalent
- Valid Outdoor First Aid Qualification
- A full-UK Driving License and access to a vehicle
