Location: Lincoln
Salary: £26,436 to £29,500 Full-time, Term-time, or Part-time options available (depending on experience and qualifications)

We're looking for passionate Outdoor Education Instructors to join our team, delivering meaningful outdoor experiences for young people across schools and children’s homes. Through long-term engagement, you'll help build confidence, resilience, and essential life skills – making a real impact every day.

Key Responsibilities
- As an Outdoor Instructor, you will deliver activities that are safe, engaging, and professionally delivered, ensuring participants achieve high-quality learning outcomes
- Have excellent communication and people skills
- Be confident leading and managing groups, even in challenging situations
- Be motivated, positive, and enthusiastic about outdoor learning
- Ideally have previous experience in a similar role (although attitude and enthusiasm are just as important)

Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence – as the role is mobile you will be working in a number of locations across Lincoln for Keys
- Mountain Biking
- Climbing
- Paddle Sports
- Walking & Navigation
