JOB ROLE:  Family Support Worker

LOCATION: Great Malvern

SALARY: £12.60 - £13.30 per hour / £25,552 - £26,972 per annum (This rate is effective as of 1st April - if you start prior to this date, your hourly rate will be £12 - £12.70 and will be automatically uplifted on 1st April)

Hours: Earlies, Lates, Waking Nights

More about the role

  • You will be part of a nurturing team that provides support and advice to parents in carrying out all aspects of basic care to their babies and young children.
  • You will stay awake during the night to provide a helping hand, support during a crisis or be there as a friendly face.
  • Ensure the security of the building and carry out night time checks.

  • Experience and previous qualifications are not necessary but are welcome and will be recognised in your hourly pay rate.
  • A real interest in helping and supporting families and children.
