£29,600-£30,800 + additional £3250 - £6500 per year for sleep in’s
08:00- 22:00 39hrs per week
Full UK Driving Licence is required

What you’ll do:
Assist the Home Manager with daily operations.
Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding therapeutic care.
Act as a positive role model for both staff and children.
Manage rotas, budgets, and maintain compliance with Ofsted standards.
Build a safe, supportive, and empowering home environment.
Requirements
- 3 + years’ experience working within a Residential Children’s home.
- NVQ Level 4 in Children and Young People
- Knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
- Experience with budgets and rotas
- A full UK driving licence
