Deputy Manager Taunton

SALARY: £14.60 - £15.70 plus an additional £3000 - £6000 pa for sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month)

What do you need?

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within Childrens residential care.
  • NVQ Level 4 in Management or Young People or above
  • Related knowledge of OFSted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
  • Highly driven, proactive and enthusiastic.
  • A strong people manager with a hands on approach.
  • Experience of budgets and rota’s.
  • Full driving licence is essential.
  • You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins
