Children’s Residential Deputy Manager - EBD
Location: Plymouth
£29,600 - £30,800 + additional £3250 - £6500 per year for sleep in’s
Full time working shifts including long days and sleep ins.

A minimum Level 3 qualification in Children's residential and experience within a Children's home environment is essential
We are looking for a Deputy Manager at our Ofsted rated GOOD Children's home to become part of an amazing team, supporting young people to reach their full potential and have positive outcomes, giving them hope for the future.
At our Children's homes in the Plymouth area, we support young people aged between 8 - 18 who have experienced early life trauma, neglect or attachment disorders either as a solo or dual placement.
What do you need?
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a Residential Children's home.
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 or above in Children and Young people
- Related knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
- Highly driven, proactive and enthusiastic.
- A strong people manager with a hands on approach.
- Experience of budgets and rotas.
- Full driving licence is essential.
- You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins.
