£33,600-£34,800 + additional £3250 - £6500 per year for sleep in’s
Full time hours working a mix of shifts and admin
Full UK Driving Licence is required

Are you already a Deputy manager or a Senior looking for your next move?
As a Deputy Manager, you will be an integral part of our welcoming and knowledgeable leadership team, being part of a region of 12 children’s homes, with the backing of a growing, national organisation, where you will be actively encouraged to be creative and bring your own unique skills and have the opportunity to influence change at the start of the journey and beyond.
You will be supported to gain level 5 qualifications, to grow and develop into future leaders and to take on additional responsibilities which will give you the confidence to step up to manage the home when needed.
Our new home is being refurbished for 4 young people who have emotional and behaviour difficulties so we are building a team of passionate individuals and as a Deputy Manager, you will be at the heart of everything we do, leading by example, mentoring your team and ensuring every child gets the support and structure they need to reach their full potential.

Requirements
- 2 + years’ experience working within a Residential Children’s home at a Senior or Deputy level
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People minimum
- Knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
- Experience with budgets and rotas
- A full UK driving licence
