About the Role:

As a Deputy Manager, you will lead a dedicated team in providing therapeutic care for children and young people in a supportive, homely environment. You will work alongside a Registered Manager to ensure the children’s individual needs are met, fostering growth, recovery, and lasting change.

Your role will involve:

  • Leading a team and collaborating with other professionals to provide the care and support needed for each child.
  • Acting as a positive role model, building trust with children and colleagues.
  • Ensuring a safe and loving environment where children can thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

We want individuals who are naturally caring, flexible, and resilient.

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including shifts and sleep-ins, to meet the needs of the children.
