Residential Support Worker - children and young people

SALARY: Hourly:£12.60 - £13.30 PLUS £3,000 to £6,000 sleep- in allowance pa. (£62.64 per sleep-in, working approx. 6-8 sleep ins per month)

Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week  

Job Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required and experience in a residential setting

We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join us at our new home which offers intensive, therapeutic support 2 children and  young people over a 3 - 6 month placement. You will become part of an amazing team, supporting young people to reach their full potential and have positive outcomes, giving them hope for the future.

This is an exciting new venture where you would be supporting 2 young people who have complex emotional and behavioural difficulties on a 2:1 basis. 

You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when needed, to be patient and understanding during times of crisis and to inspire them to grow and develop.

The role can be emotionally challenging and you could be handling difficult situations BUT you could be the person to change a life for the better.
