The Opportunity
As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in creating a stable, nurturing environment for young people. You'll be a role model, a mentor, and above all, someone they can trust. No Experience? No Problem.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide a safe, caring, and loving home environment for children and young people
· Be a positive role model and support young people with day-to-day living
· Get involved in fun activities like football, PlayStation, bike rides, and baking
· Encourage hobbies, creativity, and independence
· Help with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning
· Offer emotional and physical support especially during challenging moments
· Build trust and form lasting relationships
· Empower young people to shape their own future
What We’re Looking For
· A natural ability to connect with young people and build strong, supportive relationships
· A full UK driving licence is essential
· A caring, flexible, and resilient mindset
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins
· A passion for making a real difference in young lives
