Children's Residential Support Worker

Location: Liverpool
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 08:00-22:00
Full UK Driving Licence Required

We’re looking for full-time Children’s Residential Support Workers to join our EPIC team in Liverpool, working in our family homes to support young people who have severe LD, autism and complex needs. You’ll play a vital role in helping children and young people live happy, fulfilling lives in a safe and loving home environment.

No Experience Needed

Experience is not required as we provide full training, funded qualifications, coaching, development, and a comprehensive induction programme to ensure you're set up for success at Keys Group. Whether you're starting out or looking for a new career path, we'll give you the tools and support to thrive.

Many of our managers started as Support Workers and progressed into leadership roles. With ongoing training and development opportunities, you can build a rewarding long-term career with us.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating a safe, loving, and supportive home environment
  • Supporting children and young people with everyday living needs
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and life skills
  • Building positive and trusting relationships
  • Supporting hobbies, interests, and community activities
  • Assisting with household tasks to maintain a welcoming home
  • Providing personal care where required

What We're Looking For

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • A caring, resilient, and flexible attitude
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A positive and proactive approach
  • Ability to work long shifts and sleep-ins
