Location: Wisbech
Salary: £14.05 – £14.75 per hour + £3,000–£6,000 per year (sleep-ins)
Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week
Driving Licence: Full UK licence required
About the Role
Keys Group is recruiting Children’s Support Workers to join our growing team in Wisbech. You will support children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs, helping them live safe, happy, and fulfilling lives.
This is a rewarding, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and supportive home environment
- Build positive relationships with young people
- Support daily routines, including meals and activities
- Encourage hobbies and participation in activities
- Act as a positive role model
- Support young people through challenging situations
What We’re Looking For
- Caring, resilient, and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to work shifts, including sleep-ins
- Full UK driving licence
