Registered Manager – Children’s Residential - NEW HOME

Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £45,000
Bonus: £5,000 Welcome Bonus

Performance Bonus: Up to 21% of your annual salary
Annual Leave: 32 days (including Bank Holidays)

We're on the lookout for an inspirational and dynamic Registered Manager to launch and lead a brand-new, three bed children’s residential home opening in August.  What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading and inspiring your team to provide exceptional care.

  • Driving the home's strategic development and operational excellence.

  • Ensuring the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards.

  • Working closely with external professionals to deliver personalised care.

  • Managing budgets with efficiency and foresight.


 What We Need From You:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in a children’s residential environment.

  • Qualifications:

    • Level 4 in Children & Young People’s Workforce.

    • Working towards or completed Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People).

  • Skills: A proactive, compassionate leader with safeguarding expertise and solid financial acumen.

  • Driving: A full UK driving licence.

  • Availability: Flexibility to provide on-call support when needed.
