Registered Manager – Children’s Residential - NEW HOME
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £45,000
Bonus: £5,000 Welcome Bonus
Performance Bonus: Up to 21% of your annual salary
Annual Leave: 32 days (including Bank Holidays)

We're on the lookout for an inspirational and dynamic Registered Manager to launch and lead a brand-new, three bed children’s residential home opening in August. What You'll Be Doing:
Leading and inspiring your team to provide exceptional care.
Driving the home's strategic development and operational excellence.
Ensuring the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards.
Working closely with external professionals to deliver personalised care.
Managing budgets with efficiency and foresight.
What We Need From You:
Experience: At least 3 years in a children’s residential environment.
Qualifications:
Level 4 in Children & Young People’s Workforce.
Working towards or completed Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People).
Skills: A proactive, compassionate leader with safeguarding expertise and solid financial acumen.
Driving: A full UK driving licence.
Availability: Flexibility to provide on-call support when needed.
